In order to change a member's role type, you must be and Admin on the the designated ad account. Any admin may do so by following these steps:
- Click on the account dropdown menu to the top right of the page, in the site navigation bar
- Find the desired ad account entry, and click on the cog wheel icon on its right side
- This will take you to the Ad Account Settings page, where you can then click on the Members tab
- From here, find the member where you would like to modify the role
- Click on the Options menu and select the Make [role] item from the list
Note: The affected user will not be notified of their role change, so you may wish to consider notifying them directly.
