There may come a time when one of your team mates no longer works with your organization and you wish to remove them from you ad account. Only an admin may do so by following these steps:
- Click on the account dropdown menu to the top right of the page, in the site navigation bar
- Find the desired ad account entry, and click on the cog wheel icon on its right side
- This will take you to the Ad Account Settings page, where you can then click on the Members tab
- From here, find the member where you would like to modify the role
- Click on the Options menu and select the Remove member item from the list
Note: The affected user will not be notified of their removal form the ad account, but it will no longer see its listing in Concert Ad Manager, nor receive any further email notifications.
