If you receive an email about a failed payment, any ads associated with the failed credit card will be automatically paused in Concert Ad Manager. Once the credit card information has been updated and your invoice has been paid you should be clear to resume the ad campaign.
Concert Ad Manager Support will notify you once the invoice has been paid and follow up to see if you’re ready to resume the campaign.
To resume an ad that has been paused, please follow these steps.
- Log into the Concert Ad Manager Ads Dashboard.
- Navigate to the main Ads screen.
- Underneath the “Actions” section click the “Options” drop down.
- Select “Resume.” This will prompt your line item to begin delivering again.
