New payment card
Before you are able to publish your first ad, you will be required to add a valid form of payment to your ad account. We require a major credit card be attached to the account, by following these steps:
- In the top right of the navigation bar, click on the account dropdown
- Find the ad account you are aiming to publish on, and click on the settings (cog) icon to the right
- Click on the Billing tab
- Under the Payment Information sub section, click on Add Payment Method
- Enter your financial details for the payment card for verification
Note: Some banks may require that you verify the card via two factor authorization.
Updating card
You will be able to replace any card on file with a new one by following the same steps as above. However, under the Payment Information sub section you will need to click on Update Payment Method.
We require there is always a valid credit card on file. If for some reason you wish to deactivate you ad account and remove the card of payment on file, please reach out directly to support.

Security & Privacy
Concert Ad Manager does not store any of your personal financial information. Instead, we rely on our payments provider, Stripe, for charge management, verification, and processing. You can read more here about their industry leading security, privacy, and data practices.
