Any of your active ad account memberships are visible in both your account dropdown (top right navigation bar) as well as your Profile Settings > My Ad Accounts view.
In either place, you will be able to see your respective role on each account, as well as the ability to enter any of those ad accounts with a simple click.
If you wish to withdraw from any ad account, please request that you be removed by an Admin or request to be removed by contacting Ad Manager support directly.
