Concert Ad Manager aims to provide reliable reporting and insights to you as your ad delivery flows. As such, some of the aggregated and segmented metrics have varied update frequencies to ensure accuracy and quality results.
In general, our delivery metrics will update approximately every half hour. These include:
- Total impressions
- Total clicks
- Click rate (CTR)
- Total ad spend
Metrics centered around rich format engagement require deeper processing, aggregating, and filtering behind the scenes. Metrics can be delayed by up to 48 hours in some cases. These metrics include:
- Video view rate (VR)
- Ad Interaction Rate (IR)
- Viewability Rate (VR)
Note: These richer metrics also include segment views on top performing segments, which must meet statistically significant sample sizes before we surface them.
