Once you have published your ad, it will be queued for review by trained Concert staff who will ensure that it abides by our stated ad order and creative requirements. This process may require up to 3 calendar business days, excluding US holidays.
When a decision has been reached, you will be notified via email and the status will be updated in your ad account on Concert Ad Manager.
If your ad is approved, it will then proceed to deliver as scheduled.
If it has been disapproved, you will also receive notification and should see a categorical reason for rejection, per our ad requirements. In order to proceed, you will need to Duplicate the ad, address any violations per the stated requirement, and resubmit for approval again.
If you have any particular questions on the decision, you may reach out to us for clarification, but will be required to resubmit in any case.
