Your ad budget and impressions goal will be specific to the type of schedule it is set to run on. Budgets are set in $USD currency (United States Dollar) and currently bill at a fixed $10 CPM (cost per thousand impressions) rate.
For continuous (daily) delivery ads (no specified end date), you will need to set a Daily Budget. This is the maximum amount of money you wish to spend delivering your ad to audiences on a given calendar day.
For scheduled (timeframed) delivery ads, you will need to instead set a Total Budget. This specifies the maximum amount you would like to spend over the duration of the campaign. Concert Ad Manager will attempt to spread this spend equally across the calendar range.
