Concert Ad Manager accumulates cost based on volume of ad impressions delivered across the Concert network from your ad account. A valid payment card is required for any ad to run.
Because your ad will compete for attention and space on a publisher's property, billing occurs on a non-guaranteed, impression basis at a fixed $10 CPM rate (each impression costing 1 cent USD). For example, 5,000 served impressions would bill $50.00 USD. Billed activity should not exceed your maximum budget on individually placed ad orders over their approved lifetime.
