After signing up for a Concert Ad Manager account, you may wish to update particular attributes on your user profile. The following attributes can currently be updated:
- Full name
- Job Title (optional)
- Employer (optional)
This information can be edited by the following steps:
- Click on the account dropdown in the top right of the navigation bar
- Click on the Profile Settings button
- Under the Profile tab, update fields
- Click Save Changes to confirm
Updating credentials
To reset your password, please use the following link, or proceed with the following steps:
- Log out of your account, using the account dropdown in the top right navigation bar
- Once your session has exited and you see the log in form, click on the Forgot your password? link
- Enter your profile account email and submit
- Review your inbox, and click on the provided reset link
- Enter your new password, and confirm it before submitting
- Log back into Concert Ad Manager with the new password
